Raptor Watch 2010 is back. Just as we promised, this year there’s a whole load of new challenges. Get your camera ready, test your riddle-solving skills as well as your Eco-IQ skills. Get ready to participant in the Raptor Watch 2010 Fun Challenge, a combination of Photo Scavenger Hunt and an Amazing Race-type challenge.
In this challenge participants will get to explore the trails of the Tanjung Tuan Forest Reserve, capture beautiful shot and complete 3 simple Green Living Challenges.

Participation:
- Ages must range from 16 years and above ( adults are encourage to participant)
- Each team must consist of 2 participants.
- Each team must have their own digital camera/cell phone camera
- Each team will receive a copy of the new, improved Green Living booklet and 2 Green Living bookmarks as a token of appreciation.
Terms & Condition:
- Teams will be given 10 rhyming questions. The answers to the questions are objects that can be found in Tanjung Tuan lighthouse area and the event grounds area.
- Teams must solve all the questions given and take photos of the objects they think are the answers.
- There will be 3 stations along the route: (1) At the base of the lighthouse, (2) At the foot of the hill, (3) At the point where the event grounds end and the beach begins.
- At each station, there will be a separate Green Living challenge. When teams correctly name all 5, the Marshall at the Station will give them a token. Different colour token for each station:
- Station (1): Pictures of 5 alternative energy sources, e.g wind farm, biomass generato. Teams must then name what the facility is. Jumbled words as clues will be given to make it easier, e.g. "LAROS" for SOLAR.
- Station (2): Pictures of 5 instances of water usage.
Teams must state what way to stop the particular form of water wastage in the picture. Correctly answer all 5 and receive a token of a different colour.
- Station (3): Pictures of 5 objects from the 3R Game (e.g. Styrofoam box, juice carton). Teams must name one way to REDUCE usage of the said item (e.g. bring own food container). Correctly answer all 5 and receive a token of a different colour.
- After taking photos of all 10 objects and receiving tokens from all 3 stations, teams race back to the finish line, where 3 judges are waiting.
Judging:
Teams show judges the photos and inform judges which question each photo relates to, then produce the 3 tokens.
Winners:
Top 3 teams win.
